At Coily, we take pride in creating quality hair care products and want you to love your purchase. Due to the nature of our products (personal care and hygiene), we do not accept returns on opened or used items.

Refunds & Exchanges

We will gladly assist with a refund or replacement if:

  • You received a damaged or defective product
  • You received the wrong item

To be eligible:

  • Contact us within 3–5 days of receiving your order
  • Provide your order number and clear photos of the issue

Non-Refundable Items

  • Opened or used products
  • Products not in their original condition
  • Change of mind after purchase
